At Phoenix Foundation we’re extremely sensitive to the need for privacy of addicts as well as psychiatric patients. That’s because each individual is battling with their own private hells and problems. Therefore, we have a Private Treatment Room at our state-of-the-art rehab center.

Private Treatment Room

The Private Treatment Room is a place where addicts, whether they’re alcoholics or drug users, psychiatric patients or persons looking for complete behavioral change can speak to our team of six counselors, either one-on-one or with more than one counselor at a time.

We ensure full confidentiality of all information that any addict and patient shares with us. In fact, our team of counselors observe a strict code of conduct: they do not disclose any information shared by an addict and patient with another counselor. And in cases where there’s a need to share information, explicit consent of the addict or patient or their families is taken prior to sharing.

The Private Treatment Room at Phoenix Foundation offers more than one advantage. It allows addicts and patients to learn more about the Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous programs on a one-on-one basis. If they’re unsure about anything, they can always seek advice from any of our five highly qualified and skilled counselors. This ensures that they can adapt the 12-Step program to meet their specific individual needs.

Furthermore, the Private Treatment Room also helps addicts and patients to express their thoughts and feelings or share something that’s disturbing them with full confidentiality and get instant assistance from our counselors. Whether it’s a family problem or financial issues, questions related to drug abuse or behavioral changes, our counselors are readily available upon request at the Private Treatment Room.

Since we take privacy very seriously, we at Phoenix Foundation emphasize that every addict and patient needn’t fear that their information would fall into wrong hands.

If you’re a family member of someone afflicted by addiction or psychiatric illness, you too can avail services of the Private Treatment Room free of cost. Here our team of counselors will guide you skillfully and in simple manner, how to deal with your dear relative who’s fallen victim to addiction or suffers from some psychiatric illness.

Here we wish to highlight that Phoenix Foundation has helped hundreds of addicts and psychiatric patients find a happy and gainful recovery. In fact, majority of our clients are now leading a happy and gainful life, in sync with accepted norms of the family and society.
